We hire out modular car park structures and we manufacture all our own product in Manchester.
The longer the contract hire period the lower the hire rate. Every site and requirement is different and we have to quote for each job separately. A site plan, photograph or site visit will quickly convert your enquiry into a quote.
There is no minimum hire period but delivery and collection costs make very short hire periods prohibitive. The shortest hire period to date has been 10 weeks during a supermarket construction project.
We usually hire but we will sell our standard hire products either new or second hand. We are very flexible in how we do business.
Yes we have four patents granted in May 2007 for our Modular Platform.
The structure is made of 99% galvanized steel.
The Another Level Car Park Structure can be as permanent as you need.
Foundations are not normally required if the ground is made up to normal road or car park specification but every site is different and a site visit and possible C B R test may be required to confirm.
We can put an Another level car park structure on almost any uneven surface,
or site that has a difference in level of 1.5 metres or more. A quick site evaluation survey can advise.
Yes, the structures are designed to be easily dismantled and moved to another site.
We understand there is no need to seek planning permission for the
assembly of our car parks in circumstances where they are required temporarily in connection with building works (for which planning permission has been granted) on the same or adjoining land. See Class A of part 4 (Temporary Buildings and uses) of schedule 2 of the
General Permitted Development Order 1995. This is the provision that also applies to cabins on building sites. We still advise to check with the Planning Dept at the Local Council.
You will require the approval of The Building Control dept at the local council. To assist this application the system has a National Type Approval certificate No 433-2-7182 dated 9th April 2008 and we partner with Oldham Council Building control to assist with the application.
No the deck is not suitable for use by disabled people who are always accommodated on the ground level.
